Usually, orders are dispatched within 12-15 working days of the customer placing the order.
However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated period), you can contact us.
Depending on the product, customized orders can take up to 4 weeks to dispatch. Sizes 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL fall into customized orders.
We will notify you of tracking details and courier partner details once we dispatch your order.
International Shipping:
- Standard International shipping charges 25$ per product on your 1st purchase and 8$ for every additional product respectively (applied only on cotton products)
- On any festive product, Quilt, or Bedsheet the shipping is different and the calculated prices will be shown once you add to the cart as per the dimension of the product
- We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. Estimated delivery times range from 12-15 business days.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time:
At GulaboJaipur, all products are handmade with attention to detail hence we take around 12-15 working days depending on the product to process the orders.
On placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
We take 12-15 working days from placing the order to ship the items. However, if you need the item to be delivered before that please email customercare@gulabojaipur.com
Delivery time might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. We shall be reaching out to you through SMS & email in such cases.
We work with a reliable shipping partner and ship within said timelines of placing an order. In case of express delivery, please let us know at the time of placing the order.
