Exchange Policy
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, or undamaged and retain the original tags, within 2 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Refund Policy
Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
In the event of an exchange or Return the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from both the side to the destination

Cancellation Policy:
The order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement. We will issue a refund after deducting payment gateway Fees if your order is prepaid and we share the transaction history with you via mail.
Credit Note:
In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value which is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
